Hi Stacey and Laura and all the staff at Hale

We just wanted to say how much we loved the Christmas bags. Thank you so much to the staff in Owls and Squirrels for making them with the children, we really appreciate it. The things in William’s bag were particularly thoughtful and we will keep the Christmas decorations to enjoy for years to come.

Also thanks to everyone at Hale for providing such a wonderful environment for William and Florrie. I hope you all have a well earned rest over Christmas and see you in the new year.
