Laura – Elmscot Hale Nursery

We are so thrilled with the progress and happiness of our son at Hale Day Nursery. We did a lot of research around nurseries, reading numerous Ofsted reports and were immediately impressed with the nursery even before even viewing.
Our little boy has been at nursery now since September, he has settled so quickly and is showing his true personality (which is a sign he is comfortable and happy, the most important thing to us).
The management are outstanding and always friendly. The staff in his room are so kind-hearted, warm and fun. They listen to us every day when we arrive to get our little boy and praise him and his behaviour each day. They are all so positive! Thank you! They are consistently there and I am impressed by this as the staff are clearly happy at work. The feedback we receive is in line with EYFS standards and is consistent with whoever produces the reports.
We really love the nursery and so does our son, the magnificent outside space most of all.
