Hugo’s Dad – Hale Day Nursery

I just wanted to leave some short feedback for Sofina.  We have been thoroughly impressed with Sofina always having such a positive and happy approach around the children.  It is infectious and we can tell immediately that Hugo is always incredibly comfortable and warm around her.

Earlier this week, Hugo was having a slightly difficult drop-off but Sofina bent down to offer Hugo a cuddle which immediately changed his feelings.  He calmed down and managed to give me a wave goodbye.  What may seem like a simple thing had a huge impact on our day and is an amazing reassurance that Hugo is in safe hands.  Sofina clearly has a great rapport with the children and parents alike and her enthusiasm is inspiring.

We are always grateful for everything all the staff do for Hugo (and have done previously for Tilly), but this was a particularly stark reminder.
