I’ve been meaning to say how impressed I am with Eleanor and Rachel – they’re fantastic. In fact everyone I encounter is lovely. You’ve got a fantastic team.

Heidi has a fantastic first day and Eleanor has been amazing. I’m genuinely so happy and reassured Heidi is in such good care. What a lovely and talented team!
