Broussa

Welcome to Broussa. Ofsted outstanding, 10/10 parent recommended, national nursery of the year award finalist and food award winning, we are recognised as amongst the best nurseries nationally.

Our nursery

Featuring big open spaces, lots of natural light, Edwardian character, and contemporary interiors, our nursery has a calm, home from home feel. Located in a quiet residential area, we enjoy plenty of fresh air in our large, leafy garden. This is currently being landscaped to include an allotment, nature workshop, wildlife garden, baby and reading areas, new play equipment by a local craftsman and plenty of space to run.

We explore

Our vast range of magical trips out, from team games in the Pirate Park, to going on a ‘bear hunt’ in Stamford Park, broadens children’s understanding of the world and equips them with essential skills for their future learning. Extracurricular activities include Moo music, yoga and forest school.

Our Community

Established relationships with Hale library, St Peter’s church, Hale shops, local police, fire brigade, Hale Civic Society and strong intergenerational links with Halecroft Grange Care Home, enable us to enrich our curriculum with a wealth of experiences. We enjoy giving back too, from donating to food banks, litter picking locally or making decorations for Hale’s Christmas tree.

Team

Our team have the breadth of qualifications and experience required to create the awe and wonder that is vital to children’s learning, ensuring school readiness. This includes Early years teacher, Level 5 and 6 lead practitioners and NDNA baby. Three qualified SENDCOs, a communication champion and two accredited ELSAs promote wellbeing.

Delivering Excellence

With the majority of our established team having over 15 years experience, we can focus on creating magical experiences, rather than embedding a new team. A smaller company, prioritising reinvestment over acquisition, we quickly adopt the latest best practice. Based at Broussa, Elmscot’s outdoor and early years leads and senior leadership provide further expertise.

It meant the world to me that he would happily go to his key person or start playing without so much as a goodbye at drop-off. He was always happy to go.’               Broussa parent
