Isabelle had struggled settling in and Bianca has gone above and beyond to make sure she’s happy and settled.

She’s always so friendly and really thorough with handovers. She’s definitely one of the best keyworkers I’ve experienced (along with Natalie in squirrels when my Oliver was there) and I’m so glad she is Isabelle’s keyworker.

She’s doing amazing job!
