The Hoyte Family – Broussa Day Nursery

I just want to take this opportunity to thank yourselves and all the staff at the nursery. Both my kids’ and my own experience at the nursery has been amazing.

I’m so happy that I choose this nursery for my kids. The whole team made my kids feel special every single day. The staff’s attention to detail to my kids as individuals was incredible. They always had a smile on their face and were so welcoming every day!

I dropped my kids off every day feeling content, knowing they were in the best hands and safe.

I noticed my kids development over the past year blossom as individuals, as well as build relationships with the staff and other children.

I myself loved having all my mini chats with everyone whilst dropping off or collecting!

I would like to especially highlight three ladies who where outstanding. Emma and Charlie in my daughter’s room, and Yvonne in my son’s room. All three of them demonstrated the utmost professionalism and were the most caring to my kids. Both my daughter and son always spoke of them and asked for them on a daily basis, to the point when Emma was on holiday my daughter asked me why she wasn’t in as she missed her. Charlie was so knowledgeable on helping me with my daughter and her 4-year-old diva behaviour!! She talked me through what to say and do to encourage similar things at home etc. Her advice was amazing and helped me so much! Yvonne is a very special lady who my son took to straight away; every day he went to her for his daily hugs! The love and care she showed towards him melted my heart!!

Of course the two amazing managers who put up with my daily phone calls and mad request! Thank you to you both ever so much! The nursery is simply the best and I will miss it ever so much myself! I will endeavour to keep in touch and send pictures of the kids to keep you all up to date! Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and happy new year at Broussa!!
