Natalie – Elmscot Woodlands Nursery

Over a year ago I moved my son to Woodlands and straight into the preschool class. It was a big decision to move him from his previous nursery but I haven’t questioned my decision even once. A year on and he is in his final year before he starts primary school and he loves going to Woodlands – on the weekends and days he’s not due to attend, he asks to go. All the staff at Woodlands are simply excellent at what they do and have the most lovely relationship with the kids, whereby they focus on developing independence and other key skills which will help them as they develop. The children drive the direction each of their days take them, some of the activities they participate in are simply fantastic. They use every opportunity they can to take the children outdoors, it’s such a lovely setting. I would recommend Woodlands as a nursery to any new parent – I’ll be sad when my son’s time in such a kind, caring and fun, learning environment comes to an end in August next year.
