Holiday Club Registration and Activity Plans
SUMMER HOLIDAYS 2010
This year we are providing 6 weeks of Holiday Club fun to provide for the varying school closure dates. We are open at Bowdon from 26 July- 3 September, and at Cloverlea from 28 July-27 August 2010. Our themes are:
Week 1: ALIEN INVASION
Week 2: FASHION FUN WEEK
Week 3: FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Week 4: STORYTELLER
Week 5: IT'S A SMALL WORLD
Week 6: WHEELS IN MOTION
There are a variety of planned activities every day to suit all ages, girls and boys, and special optional activities each day, some of which must be booked in advance. Special optional activities include two Kung Fu workshops, two multi-sports workshops with Activate Fun, streetdance coaching sessions, bouncy slides and castles. There are also several trips: Gulliver's World, the cinema, the Hat Museum, behind the scenes at the Library, the adventure playground at Bruntwood Park and a Picnic, as well as a Textile and Design workshop by local artist Alex Bown, an Italian Cookery Club with pasta making, professional cake decorating tuition, a hands-on bug workshop by the Really Wild Roadshow and during the last week, children can bring any wheeled transport to Club. It's a jam-packed Summer and we look forward to seeing you there!

As well as full or half-day sessions, we also have a 'short day' session where parents can book sessions from 9am to 3pm (includng lunch). Parents can also book by the hour.
School's Clubs are very popular and certain days of the week can get full, so if you know in advance what childcare you need, please try to book early to guarantee availability.
Fees
School's Out offers a premium childcare service funded entirely by parental fees. We are also fully committed to ensuring affordable childcare. We aim to maximise access to all families by accepting most Childcare Vouchers available. Further information about this, current fees, terms and conditions can be provided by contacting us directly.There are different types of financial support you may be able to receive to help you with the costs of your childcare and the type of help you can receive will depend on your individual circumstances. Up to 80% of fees are reclaimable through Working Tax Credits. More information can be found from:

Registration Procedure
1. Please call and check for availability first before you send in Registration Forms and payment. Please also ensure that you have read our full Terms and Conditions on the reverse of the Registration Form.
2. Registration Forms must be completed and returned to reserve a place.
3. Fees should be paid on Registration. Booking on the day/late notice bookings are welcome subject to availability and payment must be made on the day. If payment is not received with the booking, a place will not be reserved. Late registrations/late fees are not guaranteed a place. Full fees are payable regardless of absence.
