When considering registering your child at School's Out for the first time, you are warmly invited to visit your School’s Out Club with your child during our regular opening hours to see our facilities and meet the team. Please contact us to arrange this.

Fees
School's Out offers a premium childcare service funded entirely by parental fees. We are also fully committed to ensuring affordable childcare. We aim to maximise access to all families by accepting most Childcare Vouchers available. Further information about this, current fees, terms and conditions can be provided by contacting us directly.There are different types of financial support you may be able to receive to help you with the costs of your childcare and the type of help you can receive will depend on your individual circumstances. Up to 80% of fees are reclaimable through Working Tax Credits. More information can be found from:

Registration Procedure
1. Please call and check for availability first before you send in Registration Forms and payment. Please also ensure that you have read our full Terms and Conditions on the reverse of the Registration Form.
2. Registration Forms must be completed and returned to reserve a place.
3. Fees for Before and After School Clubs should be paid half-termly in advance, though we will accept payment in two instalments by post-dated cheques by arrangement. Fees should be received by School's Out before your child starts.
4. School Clubs can be either mailed to School’s Out or handed in to the Club at your school. Forms and fees for Holiday Club should be mailed only. The address for mailing Registration Forms and fees is:
